Global Account Director USA

Scope and Responsibilities

 

  1. Provide Strategic Relationship Leadership:
  • Works with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements service to help achieve client goals.
  • Develop broad industry expertise.

 

  1.  Build and Grow Client Relationships:
  • Understand clients business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance.
  • Be the lead relationship face for our key client contacts.
  • Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
  • Responsible for overall Account governance on behalf of Xchanging

 

  1. Manage Financial Performance:
  • Achieve client targets within the context of the underlying opportunities.
  • Work with business development, solution, technology teams to develop new client sales proposals.

 

  1. Contribution to the firm:
  • Balance client demands with participation in broader organizational initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor delivery leadership and account management teams on Clients business and culture.

 

  1. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one, three and five year period.

 

  1. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

 

  1. Liaises with Industry bodies and institutions to bring in global best practices and build a branding edge.

 

Must Haves:

Experience Required

  • 15 - 18 years of overall experience.
  • 8+ year’s account management experience; Business Process Outsourcing projects, large IT-outsourcing projects or complex IT-solutions (multi-million dollar projects).
  • Effective interacting and contributing to both business and technical matters in both the Indian and westernized cultures
  • Responsible for managing, supporting, developing and coordinating the actions of the assigned Account Managers and Solutions team
  • Experience in commercial real estate, hotel, airline or complex services environment industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in consulting / operational strategy, building shared services (Consolidation), global delivery models.
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
  • Strong financial business acumen with an excellent business understanding.
  • Proven global expertise and perspective, executive level presence and influence.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, covering all key regions of clients organization.  

Qualifications

  • PGD/ MBA from reputed institutes
  • Good to have Technology background
